Prices for stand space only 2023

Select your stand type. You are responsible for designing, planning, setting up and dismantling your stand yourself. Participation fees consist of the square-meter price for stand space and transparent additional fees.

Please note: The pure stand area does not include carpets, walls or electricity.

* The mandatory communication fee includes the following communication services: Entry with address and communication data, hall and stand number in the Visitor Guide and in the exhibitor portal; three entries (without logo) in the product directory in the exhibitor portal; two entries (without logo) in the list of applications in the exhibitor portal; Teaser text (approx. 80 characters German and English) in all exhibitor lists and the exhibitor profile in the exhibitor portal; Company text (800 characters German and English) in the exhibitor profile in the exhibitor portal; Social media links in the exhibitor profile in the exhibitor portal; Digital contact form in the exhibitor profile in the exhibitor portal; Entry with stand name and stand number (without logo) in the online hall plan and on the notice board in the hall.

Co-exhibitors that do not belong to the same group of companies as the main exhibitor pay for no more than 20 redeemed ticket vouchers.)

Combination packages for the World of QUANTUM

Would you like a package that includes stand space, stand construction and all additional costs? Then book one of our stand packages with attractive services.

Note: An energy cost surcharge of EUR 5/m² of rented exhibition space will be charged. In principle, the participation fee includes the costs for lighting, heating and air conditioning of all exhibition spaces. Due to the recent sharp rise in energy prices, Messe München GmbH is forced to charge this energy cost surcharge in addition. The energy cost surcharge will be added to the all-inclusive price for combination packages.

Stand package Start-up—for quantum technology start-ups not older than 5 years

EUR 3,350.00 plus 19% VAT.

This offer is especially for the dynamic and young start-up scene in quantum technologies.
