Prices for stand space and stand packages
We offer a variety of different options for your participation at the trade show. These range from stand space to stand packages.
Prices for stand space only
Select your stand type. The listed stand space prices do not include stand construction (walls, carpet, lighting, etc.). Stand construction is mandatory for all exhibitors. The stand can be built by yourself, your own stand constructor or by our stand building company meplan.
The minimum size for a stand space at Laser World of Photonics 2025 is 12m². Smaller spaces can only be rented if the planning allows it.
The participation fee consists of the square-meter price for stand space and the below listed transparent additional fees.

Additional costs
Mandatory communications fee
For all exhibitors, a mandatory communication fee of 865 EUR will be charged.
The services included in the Mandatory Communication Fee can be found in the B conditions listed below (B 11)
Fixed-rate waste disposal fee
The mandatory, flat-rate waste disposal fee is to cover the disposal of all waste generated at the exhibitor’s booth during setup and dismantling and throughout the duration of the trade fair. The disposal of production waste, entire stand elements and complete exhibition stands is not covered by this fee.
Price: 5,50 EUR/m²
AUMA fee
The German Council of Trade Fairs and Exhibitions (AUMA) levies all exhibitorsa charge of EUR 0.60/m² of rented exhibition space. This amount is charged by Messe München GmbH and transferred directly to AUMA.
Price: 0,60 EUR/m²
Advance payment for services
The advance payment for services will be offset after the trade fair against the services actually used on the final invoice.
Price: 20 EUR/m²
Other fees and prices
Co-exhibitor fee/Additionally represented company
A mandatory communication fee is charged for each co-exhibitor. The mandatory communication fee includes the same services for the co-exhibitor concerned as for the main exhibitor. It is charged on the final invoice of the main exhibitor.
Price: 865 EUR
per online visitor voucher that is redeemed
You will only be charged for tickets actually used and the total cost is cappeddepending on the size of your stand: If your stand area is below 100 m², you will pay for nomore than two tickets per square meter of your stand area. If it is equal to or greater than100 m², you will pay for no more than one ticket per square meter of your stand area. Co-exhibitors that do not belong to the same group of companies as the main exhibitor pay forno more than 20 redeemed ticket vouchers.
