Prices for stand space
Find out about participation opportunities and conditions for Laser World of Photonics.
Prices for stand space only
Please select your stand type. The stand space prices do not include stand construction. Stand construction can be carried out either by your own stand builder or by our stand construction company MEPLAN. Walls with a minimum height of 2.50 m and adequate lighting are mandatory for all exhibitors.
The minimum size for a stand space at Laser World of Photonics 2027 is 12m². Smaller spaces can only be rented if the planning allows it.
Please note the additional costs on top of the stand space price. These are already included in the stand packages.

Additional costs
Mandatory communications fee
For all exhibitors, a mandatory communication fee of 940 EUR will be charged.
The services included in the Mandatory Communication Fee can be found in the Special Terms of Participation B (B 11) - please see below.
Fixed-rate waste disposal fee
The mandatory flat-rate waste disposal fee is to cover the disposal of all waste generated at the exhibitor’s booth during setup and dismantling and throughout the duration of the trade fair. The disposal of production waste, entire stand elements and complete exhibition stands is not covered by this fee.
Price: 6.00 EUR/m²
AUMA fee
The German Council of Trade Fairs and Exhibitions (AUMA) levies all exhibitors a charge of EUR 0.60/m² of rented exhibition space. This amount is charged by Messe München GmbH and transferred directly to AUMA.
Price: 0.60 EUR/m²
Advance payment for services
The advance payment for services will be offset after the trade fair against the services actually used on the final invoice.
Price: 20 EUR/m²
