At the Munich trade-fair grounds you will find a wide range of services: from cafés to ATMs to information counters—discover all services available for visitors and exhibitors.

Registration counters

The registration counters for the World of Photonics Congress are located at the main west entrance of the exhibition center of Messe München.

Each partner of the World of Photonics Congress has its own registration counters. If you have any questions about the conferences, please contact the relevant desk.

Speakers’ service

On arrival, all speakers must check their presentations at the Speakers' Check-In. The Speakers' Check-In is located on the 1st floor of the ICM Foyer - International Congress Centre Munich.

Please note that due to time constraints, it is not possible

  • to plug in the speaker's laptop/hardware for the presentation directly in the conference room or
  • to upload presentations directly into the conference room using the installed presentation laptop.
