Biography

PhD in physics in 2015 at University Kassel (Germany) in Femtosecond Spectroscopy and Ultrafast Laser Control with thesis on Molecular Identification of Chiral Molecules in the Gas Phase using Femtosecond Laser Spectrometry. First experiences in industrial environment as Head of Process Analysis Technology K+S AG. Focus on implementation and support of online monitoring technology based on laser, radiation, infrared and emission measurement techniques for the K+S production sites. In 2016 changed to the sensor manufacturer side and started new role as Business Development Manager at tec5 AG (part of Nynomic): Consulting in Process Analysis Technology by utilizing UV/VIS/NIR and Raman spectroscopy. Exploring future technologies and markets for Industry 4.0, such as Process Laser-induced plasma spectroscopy.Since 2022 Product Line Manager at Coherent (Mainz) - responsible for stacked diode laser products - used for direct beam applications and especially as pump sources for various high power lasers.
